A Little Birdie Told Me...

I decided to post this card I made last week because it seems cheery to me. Hopefully this extremely cold weather is out of here very soon.

This card uses Stampin' Up!'s, "A Little Birdie Told Me" stamp set, old olive, tempting turquoise and whisper white cardstock; bali breeze designer paper. The medallion in the lower right corner was made using the 2 larger circle punches and the scallop circle punch.
